Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 14, 2026

We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use our website and access our services without barriers.

1. Our commitment

Golden Multiservices is committed to providing an accessible website, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We use the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as our reference.

2. Measures we have taken

◆

Clear heading structure and content organized for screen readers.

◆

Sufficient color contrast between text and background.

◆

Keyboard navigation and a mobile-friendly menu.

◆

Alternative text on informative images and forms with visible labels.

◆

Website available in English and Spanish.

◆

An accessibility menu that lets you, among other options, increase text size, change contrast and highlight links.

3. Conformance status

We consider the website partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA: most of the content meets the guidelines, but some elements do not yet. We work continuously to improve it.

4. Known limitations

◆

Third-party content: the Google map and the WhatsApp chat are external services whose accessibility we do not fully control.

◆

Video: the citizenship video does not have captions yet. We are working to add them. In the meantime, we are happy to explain its content by phone or in person.

5. Other laws

In addition to the ADA, this commitment takes into account California's Unruh Civil Rights Act and the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) for visitors from those jurisdictions.

6. Need help or found a barrier?
