In the United States, a notary public is not an attorney. A notary verifies the identity of signers and certifies signatures and documents, and cannot give legal advice. In many Latin American countries, the word "notario" refers to a lawyer. That is not the case in the United States.
Under Pennsylvania law, notaries who are not attorneys and who advertise their services in a language other than English must state the following: "I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in this Commonwealth. I am not allowed to draft legal records, give advice on legal matters, including immigration, or charge a fee for those activities."
Our immigration services are limited to preparing forms and documents based on the information you provide and at your direction. We do not represent clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), immigration courts or any other agency, and we do not select for you the form or immigration benefit you should apply for.
Only a licensed attorney or a representative accredited by the U.S. Department of Justice may give you legal advice about immigration. We are not affiliated with USCIS or any government agency, and we cannot guarantee or influence the approval of any application.
Golden Multiservices is a private business. We are not the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) or any government agency. Transactions are processed according to state requirements and fees, plus our service fees.
